The ask-first pipeline: who is in play, who was asked, and who said yes.
This account can't use the CRM.
You're signed in, but the Sales section needs the `crm:read` scope to search and `crm:write` to sync, generate or suppress. Ask an operator to grant the scope, or sign in as a session operator.
Couldn't reach the CRM.
Audited domains the active firing rule (Sales settings) does not select, or whose findings could not be counted: not worth a cold email today. Sorted so the closest near-misses come first; unscored rows say so.
Companies we set aside, with the reason. This is our decision and not an opt-out: they asked us for nothing. Every other tab excludes them, so without this list an archived company would be invisible and effectively unrecoverable. Open one to un-archive it.
Clients
Browse the book of companies, contacts and deals. Filter each tab, narrow by label, and page through the full list.
Generate report
Queue an audit for a domain and open a deal for it. The run appears on the reports board immediately.
Sync to CRM
Upsert a live run (or an inbound service request) into the CRM as a company + deal.
Suppress domain
A permanent, domain-keyed opt-out (ADR 0009 C). The domain will never be audited or contacted again, and the record survives deletion. This stays available even when the CRM is offline.
