Every email the outreach loop sends, in your words. Change the wording here; the placeholders are filled from the run at send time, so a template can never invent a name, an address claim or a link.
Seven emails, one per step of the loop: the intro that asks permission, the report delivery, the note when a check did not complete, the deletion confirmation, the answer to a question, and the two report-carrying cold bodies kept for a manual send. A saved wording is checked against the composer's rules before it is kept; what the sender refuses, this page refuses.
