Outreach rule

The bar a company must clear to be worth contacting. Compose conditions on how many high, medium and low findings its audit turned up; one rule is active at a time. A company that matches the active rule is queued for outreach; one that matches none is skipped.

Morning automation

Each morning it auto-sends to every company you have flagged with a SEND:{template} label (e.g. SEND:feedback), composing the named template - that flag is your go-signal and the release for a cold send. A bare SEND does nothing. Anyone you have not flagged is never sent; instead it surfaces the strongest unflagged company as today's suggestion to review and flag. Flag a company from its page, choosing the template. Once a send lands the flag is cleared, so you re-flag to send again. Companies in jurisdictions we cannot cold-email (DE, AT, CA, and CH which is hand-send only) are never auto-sent, flagged or not.

Duplicate-send protection

A company or contact is never sent outreach twice. This is enforced at send time and cannot be overridden for anyone other than your own domains (used for testing).

The only exception, your own domains:

  • seekingdatalabs.com
  • assinnata.com

This is a hard rule, shown for transparency. There is nothing to configure here.
