Wallet blocklist

Wallets whose USDC deposits are refused. A deposit whose sender, debited token account or signer is on this list is never credited; it is recorded as blocked for review.

Lists are imported by an operator, weekly.

Nothing downloads a sanctions list on its own. Download each list from its publisher (OFAC SDN, and SECO, EU and UN wallet addresses as CSV) and import the file below at least once a week. A deposit from a listed wallet is frozen: it is never credited and never refunded. Removal is soft, and every change is written to the audit log.

Blocked payments

Each payment here came from a listed wallet. The funds stay frozen in the deposit wallet whatever you record: a decision is the record of your review, not a release. Reporting duties are for counsel.

Import a list file

The file is sent as is and read on the server. OFAC files keep only wallets on chains we screen; other chains are counted, not imported. Our CSV format has the header chain,address,reason,list_ref (reason and list_ref optional; chain may be evm for every EVM chain), and one bad row refuses the whole file.

Add one wallet

Adding an address that was removed re-activates it; adding one that is active updates its source and reason. Addresses are sent exactly as typed: Solana addresses are case-sensitive.

Paste addresses

Paste one address per line, or CSV whose first column is the address (other columns are ignored). Blank lines, lines starting with # and a header row are skipped. The chain, source and reason below apply to every line. The list is checked here first; it is then sent in batches of 500, each all-or-nothing and safe to repeat.
